Technology Manager/Developer
Search Mojo has an immediate opening for a Technology Manager/Developer. The technology manager will primarily develop and support internal company applications to improve efficiencies in search marketing project development and management. The technology manager will develop new applications that integrate with the Google AdWords API, Bing API and Facebook Advertisting API. He/she will also support these applications, providing troubleshooting when needed.
Qualified candidates will have an Associate's degree or higher and 1-4 years of programming experience. Programming language skills should include ASP Classic. Experience with PHP, Ruby on Rails, and the Google, Bing or Facebook APIs preferred but not required.
Social Media Specialist
Search Mojo has an immediate opening for a social media specialist in our Charlottesville, Va. Headquarters. The specialist will assist clients with establishing social media profiles, advising on best practices in social media, and keep abreast of new innovations in the social media space. The specialist will manage multiple types of client Facebook advertising efforts and will work with cutting edge Facebook applications to enhance Facebook engagement. Additionally, the specialist will analyze client social media data to determine monthly strategy and tactics.

Jr. Account Manager
The Junior Account Manager will train with an account manager directly and will assist in handling all daily tasks for client search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click advertising (PPC) accounts. Daily client tasks include managing Google AdWords accounts (such as creating/testing ad copy, developing keywords, and setting bids), managing SEO tasks (such as developing SEO keyword lists and editing website copy), and compiling monthly reports for clients. The Jr. Account Manager will also be responsible for regularly blogging about search marketing on our blog, Search Marketing Sage.
To be considered for this position, candidates should have a background or degree in marketing or communications. Experience with Google AdWords or Google AdWords certification a plus. This is an entry-level position.
